- Maintain and distribute technical documents in both electronic and hard copy formats.
- Manage document control software and electronic document management systems (EDMS).
- Track and register all official correspondence and project documentation.

- Take minutes of meetings and distribute them in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Experience in document control within the construction, engineering, or infrastructure sector.
- A degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Proficiency in document management software, Microsoft Office, and project tracking tools.
- Knowledge of Primavera, BIM, AutoCAD, or other project-related software is an advantage.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
