Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Administrator to join our team at Complement Recruitment in Pinetown, Durban. As a Business Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our branch, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the branch, including general administration, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Liaise with various departments to follow up on administrative queries and resolve issues.
- Assist with branch and departmental tasks as requested.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks.
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
- Office Administration qualification or similar NQF Level 5 or National N6.
- 3+ years of administration experience in a pressurized multinational environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent administrative skills, attention to detail, and numerical reasoning.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and think proactively.
