Business Administrator Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Administrator to join our team at Complement Recruitment in Pinetown, Durban. As a Business Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our branch, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative assistance to the branch and departments as required
  • General administration duties, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Liaise with departments to follow up on administrative queries
Requirements:
  • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification in Office Administration or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in administration, preferably in a multinational environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and think proactively
