Tshikululu Social Investments is seeking a highly skilled Digital Media Specialist to lead the development and implementation of digital media strategies for a large Tshikululu Client. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the Fund, ensuring that the service level agreement (SLA) and client strategies are delivered according to plan and to standard. The specialist will also manage the day-to-day operations of the Fund, including working closely with Tshikululu Heads of Departments to ensure the implementation of the Fund's strategies are in line with policies and procedures.
Main Responsibilities
The main responsibilities of this role include leading the RFP process and beneficiary management, managing monitoring, reporting, and impact assessment, engaging as a public representative of the Fund, and leading stakeholder relationship management. The specialist will also manage the day-to-day operations of the Fund, including identifying and resolving risks/challenges that impact the Fund's strategies. The specialist will also develop project plans for the internal team to ensure effective and high-quality service delivery to the client.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require a strong emphasis on Digital Media, Communications, Commerce or similar qualifications, with at least 10 years' experience in digital media or a related sector. You will also need a proven track record of project management and leadership, strong knowledge of South Africa's media landscape, including challenges and opportunities in digital transformation, and experience with RFP processes, governance structures, and impact monitoring.
