About the Role
The Compliance Officer will be responsible for enforcing the company's Disciplinary Code of Conduct, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations, managing roster changes, leave coverage, and site requirements, addressing pay queries and ensuring accurate payroll processing, maintaining Health & Safety files and ensuring compliance, conducting on-site training and induction for cleaning staff, investigating on-site allegations and reporting findings, overseeing cost management, including chemicals, labour, and equipment, managing cleaning teams and ensuring smooth startup of new sites, and building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enforce the company's Disciplinary Code of Conduct.
  • Evaluate and implement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage staffing schedules, absences, and site-specific needs.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and ensure accurate payment processing.
  • Maintain comprehensive health and safety documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Develop and deliver on-site training programs for cleaning staff.
  • Investigate workplace incidents and prepare incident reports.
  • Oversight of costs related to supplies, labor, and equipment.
  • Lead and manage cleaning teams, ensuring seamless site launches.
  • Foster and maintain strong partnerships with clients.
