Are you a seasoned sales professional seeking a new challenge in the dynamic energy sector?

Mirna Butler Recruitment is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead their sales team in Richmond, driving growth in a fast-paced environment. As a Sales Manager, you will develop and implement innovative sales strategies, build strong client relationships, and contribute to delivering sustainable energy solutions.

This role requires on-site presence in Kimberley and extensive travel within the Northern Cape region.

We are looking for a results-driven individual with a passion for business development, able to identify and engage business stakeholders. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as proven analytical skills.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the complete value chain from sales, financing, to operation and maintenance. Additionally, you should be able to develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and negotiate and close deals.

Key responsibilities include overseeing sales activities, developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, and building relationships with clients. You will also be responsible for identifying potential new locations for retail service stations, truck stops, or commercial installations, negotiating new business opportunities, and developing and reviewing the sales process.

We offer a competitive salary range of R30 000 - R45 000 CTC per month, based on your experience and qualifications. A 12-month contract is offered, with the possibility of extension.
