Job Title: Site Manager - Richmond Operations

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Site Manager to oversee our operations in Richmond, Northern Cape. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our site, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure effective management of site operations, including security, marketing, and fuel delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow site volumes and increase sales.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and staff, providing excellent communication and support.
  • Collaborate with regional managers to ensure compliance with service level agreements and industry regulations.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the service station industry.
  • Strong management expertise, including people management, financial management, and system experience.
  • Able to work independently, take initiative, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Able to speak English and Afrikaans fluently (Afrikaans essential).
  • Willingness to relocate to Richmond region or travel as required.
Estimated Salary Range

R 250,000 - R 350,000 per annum, depending on experience.
