At People Solved, we're seeking a talented Senior SQL Database Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal configuration, responsiveness, and high availability of our Microsoft SQL Server environments.

Responsibilities:

* Administer Microsoft SQL Server database environments to ensure high levels of performance, availability, sustainability, and security compliance.
* Develop and maintain T-SQL scripts for new and existing functions, ensuring seamless database operations.
* Troubleshoot and resolve server, database, and data issues in a timely and efficient manner.
* Maintain the security and integrity of our database servers and data.
* Monitor and maintain the SQL environment to ensure optimal performance and security.

Requirements:

* Minimum 8-10 years of experience in SQL database administration.
* Relevant SQL certification, degree, or diploma.
* Microsoft SQL Server 2008/2012/2014/2016/2017/2019/2022 experience with database administration, including installation and troubleshooting.
* Experience with Reporting Services, Power BI, SSIS, and Cubes.
* T-SQL scripting and development expertise.
* Performance tuning and database security knowledge.
* Backup and recovery experience.
* Windows Server and Windows Firewall knowledge to support SQL Server environments.
* Always-on and Failover Clustering experience.
* Replication experience.
