We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team at Gap Consulting. As a Truck Service Admin Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of our dealership's service department.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the day-to-day administrative tasks of the service department, including warranty claims, service advisor scheduling, and costing clerk duties.

* Ensure compliance with dealership policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.

* Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including service advisors, warranty clerks, and costing clerks.

* Collaborate with the service manager to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

* Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.

Requirements:

* Minimum of 3 years experience as an Administrative Manager in a Dealership environment.

* Warranty Clerk, Service Advisor, and Costing Clerk experience is highly advantageous.

* Valid Driver's License.

* Computer literacy on Kerridge | Autoline | Automate.

* Completed Grade 12.
