Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team at Resourcery SA. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging graphic content, including illustrations, infographics, presentations, animations, and multimedia design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage graphic design projects from conception to delivery across various output formats.
  • Apply a 80/20 principle to ensure quality of output while meeting deadlines.
  • Ensure brand consistency throughout various design projects.
  • Review the output of other designers to ensure consistently high quality.
  • Work with visual design, including typography, grids, layouts, colors, iconography, etc.
  • Work with interaction design, including sketching, illustrations, numbers, diagrams, etc.
  • Having experience with multimedia design, including videography, sound design, editing, post-production, animations, etc., is a big plus.
  • Having an understanding of responsive grids and the implementation of your designs (e.g., through HTML and CSS) is a big plus.
  • Having an interest in and understanding of the business side (e.g., understanding what numbers mean and if they make sense) is a big plus.
Requirements:
  • A graphic design qualification.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of relevant work experience as a graphic designer.
  • Expertise in the most common state-of-the-art graphic design tools, including Figma and Adobe Suite.
  • Ability to execute ideas quickly and plan your time around deadlines.
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage yourself, and be proactive and self-motivated.
  • Excellent organization skills and comfortable working collaboratively.
  • Proficient in English fluently and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have a holistic perspective of design and the purpose it serves in our business.
  • Having prior experience in or a strong affinity for Hospitality and Food & Beverage is a plus.
