Senior Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team at Career Custodians. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire design process, from concept to final execution.

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will collaborate closely with our marketing team and clients to understand their needs and goals, and translate them into engaging and effective designs. Your strong leadership skills and ability to mentor and inspire junior designers will play a vital role in the growth and development of our design team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute original content by determining the ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout
  • Collaborate with multiple teams or clients on a wide range of materials, including web pages, presentations, programming collateral, signage, internal communications, newsletters, and marketing materials
  • Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials, based on best practices for using a content management system
  • Work independently as well as cooperatively with marketing team to meet deadlines, stay within budget, and schedule project implementation based on workload
  • Examine existing processes, identify flaws, and create solutions that improve design capabilities
Requirements:
  • Exceptional skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
  • Five or more years of experience with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Desire to continue building skill set with education and training
