Role Description

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Interacting with customers in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
  • Coordinating various tasks, including scheduling appointments, responding to queries, and managing customer relationships.
  • Preparing and presenting service estimates to customers, highlighting necessary repairs and maintenance.
  • Collaborating with service technicians to ensure timely completion of services and minimal downtime.
  • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of dealership policies, procedures, and industry developments.
Requirements and Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years' experience in the automotive service industry is required, preferably in a technical role or as a service advisor. A Senior Certificate (Grade 12) is necessary, along with a valid, unendorsed driver's license. Computer literacy, knowledge of dealership policies and procedures, and basic mathematical ability are essential. Multilingualism, particularly in languages spoken across the area and customer base, is also required.
