About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at RecruiTech. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining excellent client relationships, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and retention.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by generating leads, negotiating deals, and closing sales.
  • Work collaboratively with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Matric qualification or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the earthmoving equipment industry.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong consultative selling and communication skills.
  • Analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
