Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Business Acquisition Lead to join our team at RecruiTech.
This role is ideal for individuals with a proven track record of success in business development, who can identify new opportunities and drive growth.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for finding new business opportunities, building relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with our sales team to develop and implement strategies to achieve targets set out by the company.
Key responsibilities include:
- Finding and securing new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other means
- Becoming the point of contact between RecruiTech and our clients, ensuring excellent service and support
- Maintaining and growing our existing client base
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A matric certificate as a minimum qualification
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
- At least 2-3 years of experience working with earthmoving equipment or similar field
You will possess strong consultative selling skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and be proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Additionally, you should have strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and be willing and able to travel as required.
We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including opportunities for career growth and professional development.
