Digital Project Lead

We are seeking a skilled Digital Project Lead to oversee the successful delivery of e-commerce and digital initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in managing cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project lifecycles in an agile environment, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of e-commerce and digital projects.
  • Collaborate with product owners to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with business goals.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies to promote team communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, addressing any issues or risks that arise, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the projects are well-integrated and aligned.
  • Act as a point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Foster a continuous improvement mindset within the team, identifying opportunities to enhance processes and practices.

Criteria:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as an Agile Project Manager, specifically within e-commerce or digital projects.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools.
  • Proven track record of managing successful projects from inception to completion, with measurable outcomes.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience in Retail space.
  • Relevant certifications are a plus.
