We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Claims Administrator to join our team at Dynamic Outsourced Solutions Pty. Ltd. As a Senior Claims Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting the Claims Department in processing claims efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:- Process claims within various Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPS)
- Maintain data quality and integrity
- Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve departmental goals
- NQF4/Grade 12 Certificate
- RE5 and FAIS Compliance Insurance qualification/degree advantageous
- Minimum 5 years' financial services experience
- Experience across multiple insurance lines and class of business advantageous
- Accuracy and quality processing and interactions
- Adherence to SLA and Company S.O.P terms and conditions
- Data quality and integrity maintenance
- Well-versed in Business English (written and verbal)
- Communicates clearly and reasons logically
