Job Summary:
An experienced Administrative Assistant is sought to join the production department of a Robertsham-based company. The ideal candidate will have around 3-5 years of working experience in a similar role, with excellent communication skills and IT literacy.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will report to the Production Manager and assist in ensuring efficient production processes. Key responsibilities include coordinating production schedules, maintaining production reports, assisting with documentation and invoices, and liaising with manufacturers.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of a matric certificate and be well-organised. They must also be able to work in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication skills.
