Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team at Emporium. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures using various modalities such as ultrasound, X-rays, and other imaging equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using ultrasound, X-rays, and other imaging equipment
  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety
  • Develop and implement imaging protocols to ensure high-quality images and accurate diagnoses
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Provide education and training to patients and staff on imaging procedures and protocols

Requirements:

  • Qualification / University degree in Radiology and/or Ultrasound
  • HPCSA Registered
  • Ability to perform a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures, including abdomen, small parts, pelvic, vascular, neonatal neurosonography, echocardiology, MSK, and obstetric ultrasound
