We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Operations Manager to lead our digital broadcasting operations.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our organization.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Head End equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Develop and implement technical strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity across our broadcasting infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical issues and implement solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance and training to technical staff on new technologies and best practices.
  • Analyze and report on operational risks and compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
  • Liaise with external partners, such as Telkom and Sentech, to ensure timely delivery of technical services and solutions.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, and relevant professional certifications.
  • At least 6 years of experience in broadcasting, including 3 years of management experience in digital broadcasting operations.
  • Proven track record of managing complex technical projects and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate technical risks.
