Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate the logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
• Supervise and train a team of distribution staff to ensure they meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs).
• Conduct vehicle inspections and monitor movement reports to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle services and maintenance, as well as equipment registers.
• Develop and implement cost-saving and efficiency gain opportunities to improve site operating metrics.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting employee morale and dedication to serving customers.
• Plan and manage all hub activities and deliveries to meet or exceed SLA requirements.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing training to ensure quality and productivity goals are met or exceeded.
Systems and Tools:
• Proficient in systems such as NTS and Skytrac.
Requirements:
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
