RPO Recruitment, a leading recruitment agency, is currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Unit Manager to oversee the operations of a specific unit within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned unit, ensuring seamless execution and optimal performance.
- Set performance goals and objectives for the team, driving accountability and excellence in all aspects of unit operations.
- Monitor and analyze unit performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategic solutions to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to enhance unit performance, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes growth and development.
- Collaborate with other units and departments to achieve organizational goals, driving cross-functional alignment and success.
- Prepare and present reports on unit performance to senior management, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving results and achieving goals.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, with a commitment to compliance and excellence.
