Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager and Supply Chain Planner to join our team at Execustaff Recruiting Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and managing the demand for our products, as well as forecasting and analyzing sales data to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and prepare for demand planning process
  • Manage statistical forecasts and develop new product volumes forecasting
  • Develop and improve forecast accuracy using analytics and 6-sigma techniques
  • Review and analyze Global Supply Chain Portal (GSCP) supply plans and Channel Purchase Sales Inventory (PSI) data
  • Issue resolution to customers through Purchase Sales Inventory (PSI) and Continuous Planning Forecast and Replenishment (CPFR) meetings
  • Manage Estimated Quotation Limit (EQL) model and support Critical Care S&OP process
  • Develop tools, reports, and analytics to support Critical Care Supply Chain organization
  • Analyze business/customer requirements and develop project plans to implement performance improvement projects
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years experience in a similar position
  • Previous product management or related experience
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain/Marketing management
  • Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) at advanced level
  • FMCG experience an advantage
Education:
  • Degree in Business/Engineering
