About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Coordinator to join our team at Persona Staff. As a Property Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties, including maintenance, administration, and tenant management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Property Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues, and oversee repairs and renovations to ensure our properties are in excellent condition.
  • Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property files, insurance, and OHASA compliance, and ensure all necessary documents are in order.
  • Tenant Management: Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, and manage tenant relationships to ensure a positive experience.
Requirements
  • Work Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in the property industry, with a proven track record of success in property management.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Google products, including Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Calendar.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability: Experience working in a small team environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work remotely as needed.
