We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our dynamic Finance Department, specifically within the Accounts Payable team.

The primary responsibility of this role is to accurately process and manage supplier invoices, ensuring timely payment to vendors in accordance with contractual agreements.

Main Objectives:
  1. To process all supplier invoices accurately and efficiently, adhering to established deadlines.
  2. To maintain a high level of productivity and meet daily performance targets set by management.
  3. To identify and rectify any discrepancies or errors in invoice processing.
  4. To resolve outstanding purchase orders within predetermined KPA and SLA timelines.
  5. To handle customer inquiries and resolve issues through established resolution procedures.
  6. To ensure that all invoices comply with SARS legislative requirements, upholding the highest standard of regulatory compliance.
  7. To provide support to management on miscellaneous tasks as needed.
  8. To adhere to the company's health and safety protocols and legislative mandates.
Required Qualifications and Experience:

A minimum of 1 year of experience working within a similar environment is required.
