In this challenging and rewarding role, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Group CEO, ensuring their life, communication, contacts, tasks, and diary are managed efficiently. Your excellent organizational and time-management skills will enhance productivity and efficiency in our operations.

You will be responsible for managing emails and diaries, supporting the CEO by setting up meetings and coordinating resources, maintaining and updating templates and documentation, and organizing business and private travel arrangements. You will also communicate with internal and external clients, deal with businesses or client queries, and perform general administration tasks.

This role requires someone who is resourceful, disciplined, and able to work independently. You will have a high level of focus and be able to apply logical thinking when problems arise. Additionally, you must be able to maintain confidentiality at all times.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years' executive secretarial and/or administrative support experience
  • Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Secretarial, or similar field
  • Highly computer literate with Microsoft Office Suite experience (non-negotiable)
  • Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
  • Able to work longer hours and thrive in a fast-paced environment
