    • Design awareness campaigns to promote quality culture.
    • Manage compliments and complaints, ensuring timely resolutions.
    • Coordinate tender responses to ensure compliance with quality standards.
    • Draft newsflashes and newsletters to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Audit Management:
    • Plan and collate audit schedules to ensure thorough assessments.
    • -coordinate audit sign-offs and drive corrective actions to prevent non-conformances.
    • Train process owners to conduct audits effectively.
  • Document Management:
    • Manage SharePoint structure and upload documents efficiently.
    • Record best practices for control of documents and records.
  • Quality Monitoring and Control Management:
    • Engage with management and process owners to ensure active participation.
    • Coordinate customer satisfaction surveys and analyze results.
    • Collate training sessions and awareness campaigns.
    • Manage non-conformances to closure, updating all actions and indices.
    • Train new staff at induction to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Reporting:
    • Collate reports for executive meetings.
    • Organize reporting for SHEQ monthly meetings.
    • Comply with management review presentation requirements.
