HR Manager - Strategic Talent Development

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team at the MORE Family Collection

Key Responsibilities

  1. HR Management
    1. Leadership and Development
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business growth and improve employee engagement
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve employee development and retention
  • Develop and maintain employee handbooks, policies, and procedures
Recruitment and Selection
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Source and screen candidates for open positions
  • Conduct interviews and make recommendations for hire
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees
Employee Relations
  • Develop and maintain positive employee relations through open communication and conflict resolution
  • Investigate and resolve employee complaints and concerns
  • Provide guidance on company policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and retention
Training and Development
  • Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge
  • Provide training and coaching to employees on company policies and procedures
  • Identify and develop opportunities for employee growth and development
  • Develop and maintain employee development plans
Compensation and Benefits
  • Develop and implement competitive compensation and benefit programs
  • Provide guidance on company policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits
  • Develop and maintain employee handbooks and policy documents
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
HR Operations
  • Oversee HR operations, including payroll, benefits, and time-off administration
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of HR data
  • Develop and maintain HR systems and processes
  • Provide guidance on HR-related matters
Community and Partnerships
  • Develop and maintain community partnerships to promote the company's brand and values
  • Identify and develop opportunities for employee volunteerism and community engagement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local community organizations and businesses
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in HR management, recruitment, employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in these areas and a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations. Additionally, the candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, managers, and external partners. The candidate will also have a strong understanding of the company's values and mission and be able to promote and implement them in their work.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in HR management
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of the company's values and mission
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in HR or a related field
  • SHRM or HRCI certification
  • Experience with HRIS systems
  • Experience with recruitment and talent management software
  • Experience with training and development programs
  • Experience with compensation and benefits administration
  • Experience with HR operations and payroll administration
  • Experience with community partnerships and volunteerism

Work Environment

The HR Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in this environment and prioritize tasks accordingly. The candidate will also be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Language

The official language of the company is English. The HR Manager will be required to communicate effectively in English and have a strong understanding of the company's language and culture.
