  • Basic understanding of compliance laws, regulations, and corporate governance practices. Familiarity with legal risk management and regulatory reporting requirements is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. High attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
  • Analytical : A strong ability to analyze and interpret legal and regulatory materials.
  • Proactive : Motivated to take initiative, learn, and improve compliance processes.
  • Collaborative : Enjoys working in a team environment and supporting the broader compliance function.
  • Ethical : High level of integrity and an understanding of the importance of compliance in a business setting.
