Job Summary

The Administrative Coordinator plays a vital role in our organization by providing administrative support, managing office operations, and assisting in project management activities.

  • Develop and implement efficient administrative processes to improve office efficiency
  • Provide exceptional support to our executive team, including scheduling, travel coordination, and document preparation
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications
  • Assist in project management by tracking deadlines and ensuring stakeholders are informed of progress
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including office filing systems and databases
  • Coordinate maintenance for office equipment and manage office supplies inventory
  • Support the team in other administrative tasks as assigned to enhance overall productivity

Responsibilities

In addition to your administrative duties, you will also be responsible for ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.

  • Implement and maintain health and safety policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments
  • Coordinate health and safety training sessions for staff
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
  • Respond to and address any health and safety concerns or incidents promptly

Requirements

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor's degree in business administration is preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a corporate environment

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with project management tools and CRM software
  • Ability to learn new software and tools quickly
