The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate law, compliance procedures, and governance practices. They will also have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compliance Oversight: Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including anti-money laundering and data protection laws.
  • Governance: Overseeing governance initiatives, including board meetings and compliance committee meetings.
  • Contract Management: Drafting and reviewing contracts, negotiating terms and conditions, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
