About the Role

Bilnor Labour is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll / HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the payroll process, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures, and providing exceptional customer service to our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Payroll Administration: Manage the payroll system, forward final pay, and ensure timely processing of payroll.
  2. HR Operations: Onboard and offboard employees, maintain employee records, and handle day-to-day HR operational issues.
  3. Talent Management: Implement performance management initiatives, talent management programs, and enhance knowledge sharing and transfer.
  4. Business Analysis: Evaluate business results, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to strategic decision-making.
Requirements
  • Experience: Must have experience in payroll, UIF, labour law, and HR-related processes.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills required.
  • Qualifications: Relevant degree or certification in HR, payroll, or a related field.
  • Soft Skills: Ability to work independently, supervise staff, and function within a team environment.
