Smith Garb & Associates is looking for a highly experienced Compensation and Benefits Manager to lead our payroll team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing compensation packages that align with our business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of compensation structures, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work well with senior-level stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Design and implement compensation packages that attract and retain top talent.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry standards.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to develop budget recommendations.
  • Communicate benefits and compensation information to employees.

Requirements:

  • At least 15 years of experience in compensation and benefits management.
  • Min 5 years of experience working with compensation software.
  • Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
