  • Coordinate and supervise the work of electricians, including fault finding, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment.
  • Manage the distribution of equipment and materials to support team activities.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
  • Collaborate with the management team to plan and coordinate daily work routines, ensuring efficient shift cover and effective use of resources.
  • Monitor and control overtime, ensuring it remains within budget.
  • Source and manage critical spare parts to minimize delays and ensure business continuity.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, including PLCs and Variable Speed Drives, to ensure the team remains proficient and efficient.
  • Perform standby duties as required.

Requirements:
