Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Organisational Effectiveness Specialist to join our team at E2E Staffing (PTY) LTD. This role will play a key part in driving organisational growth and development by designing and implementing strategic plans that support the achievement of our company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support people managers in developing departmental strategies that align with the organisation's overall strategy, focusing on employee and customer satisfaction, and cultural alignment.
  • Diagnose organisational systems, structures, practices, processes, policies, standards, and controls to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for organisational development.
  • Design and analyse work, organisational structures, and roles to support efficient operations and capacity planning.
  • Manage projects from research to analysis, consultation, survey design, administration, and data modelling, providing executive summaries and project updates.
  • Conduct change impact assessments, apply change management methodologies, coach project owners on effective change management practices, and develop communications plans.
Requirements
  • Masters Degree or equivalent qualification; Industrial Psychologist qualification is an advantage.
  • Up to 3 years of relevant experience in organisational development, change management, or a related field.
  • Intermediate MS Office skills, Sage People, SAP, and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
