As the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of our client's private General Hospital in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, you will be responsible for driving the hospital's digital transformation through effective IT strategy and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Digital Transformation: Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy to enhance operational efficiency and patient care.
- Lead IT Team: Lead a team of IT professionals in executing projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify IT requirements and propose innovative solutions to meet organizational needs.

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

- Expertise: Expertise in SAP and Bespoke Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), with a track record of successful implementations and system integrations.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of billing systems and experience in integrating them with other healthcare IT systems.
- Regulations and Standards: Strong understanding of healthcare IT regulations and standards, such as HIPAA and HL7.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic Mindset: Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into IT solutions.
- Leadership Capabilities: Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including team building, coaching, and performance management.
