As a Diversity and Inclusion Strategist at Standard Bank of South Africa Limited, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the bank's strategy by managing and implementing DEI strategies for designated Business Units. You will partner with People & Culture Business Partners and CoEs to develop and implement measures to deal with barriers to Employment Equity.
Key Responsibilities- Design fit-for-purpose DEI solutions and drive projects within business areas related to DEI topics.
- Guide and support designated Business Units/Group Functions in implementing the bank's DEI strategy.
- Manage, coordinate and monitor the development and implementation of Employment Equity (EE) action plans for the designated Business Units/Group Functions.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Business Commerce, Human Resources, Social Science or equivalent.
- Minimum 8-10 years demonstrated relevant organisational development experience in a consulting or large, multinational organisation demanding a high level of strategic business partner support.
