About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Operations Manager to join our team at Unique Personnel Ltd.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement e-commerce strategies that align with our business objectives.
  2. Manage online sales touchpoints, including owned and partner sites, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  3. Analyse data and performance of our e-commerce ecosystem to identify areas for improvement and suggest enhancements.
  4. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product marketing and digital marketing specialists, to ensure alignment with business unit priorities.
  5. Proactively manage online customer journeys, optimising for sales and conversion.
  6. Develop and implement strategies to drive lead generation, conversion, and sales growth.
  7. Ensure the security and integrity of our checkout pages and payment procedures.
  8. Liaise with partners for co-promotion and management of e-commerce operations.

Requirements:

  • Degree in marketing management, business, information systems, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in e-commerce management, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer experiences.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
