About ABC Worldwide

We are a leading global company seeking a highly skilled Business Development Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic planning, market analysis, and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase revenue and expand market share.
  2. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business decisions.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business success.

Requirements:

  1. MATRIC Diploma in Quality or Science field (Analytical Chemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or equivalent).
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  3. Basic Mechanical knowledge.
  4. Knowledge of regulations and compliance (GMP, SAHPRA, WHO, FDA, etc.).

Quality Management

  1. Administer and maintain non-conformance and quality management systems, including CAPA, NCR, change control, and deviations.
  2. Ensure quality requirements are met by internal and external audits, inspection reports, and non-conformance reporting.
  3. Assist in vendor/contractor performance monitoring and ensure only suitable vendors/contractors are used.
  4. Develop quality plans that meet regulatory requirements.
  5. Monitor and maintain internal quality standards.
  6. Assist with CAPA close-out for self-inspections.
  7. Support training material and training records.
  8. Document and maintain Quality records.
  9. Other quality-related duties as assigned by the Line Manager.

Validation Lead Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain the Validation Master Plan.
  2. Lead and execute validation activities for processes, equipment, utilities, and cleaning validation.
  3. Develop and review validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ) and reports.
  4. Conduct risk assessments related to validation and ensure all validation activities comply with regulatory requirements.
  5. Ensure requalification and periodic validation review of critical systems and processes.
  6. Coordinate validation activities with production, engineering, and quality teams.
  7. Address deviations, CAPAs, and change control related to validation.
  8. Maintain validation documentation in compliance with regulatory expectations.
  9. Support audits and inspections by providing validation documentation and evidence.
