Senior Presales Systems Engineer (Saudi National)

As a vital member of our Systems Engineering team, you will be instrumental in delivering sales presentations and product demonstrations that showcase our innovative solutions. Your expertise in developing and implementing complex products, applications, services, and solutions will enable our customers to achieve their business goals.

Your primary focus will be on providing pre-sales technical support to our field sales teams, helping them define the overall Dell Technologies solution for our customers using our full range of products and services. This will involve building, communicating, and collaborating on account technology plans that incorporate future state architectures, tactical initiatives, and achievements, as well as business-relevant technology solutions.

You will also research and communicate technology, industry, and market trends to mentor customers on their application. To maintain our competitive edge, it's essential to stay up-to-date with driven solutions and competition knowledge.

We're looking for a seasoned professional with relevant selling experience or hands-on implementation/architecture experience. You must be able to engage with and influence key customer decision-makers, from CIO level to enterprise architects, application owners, and development teams. Strong knowledge of ITIL, TOGAF, or similar qualifications is required, along with an understanding of VMware, Redhat, or Microsoft Multi-cloud, Security, and Application development.
