We are looking for a talented Client Success Manager to join our team at Mastercard. As a key member of our Advisors & Consulting Services, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our clients by providing exceptional service and support.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and experience working with clients to understand their needs, agenda, and risks. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing and implementing service strategies to drive client satisfaction, collaborating with senior project delivery consultants to deliver effective presentations and recommendations to clients, and contributing to the development of analytics strategies and programs for regional and global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships to ensure exceptional service and support

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree with customer service experience
  • Experience working with clients to understand their needs, agenda, and risks
  • Ability to manage client relationships and develop service strategies to drive client satisfaction
  • Proficiency using customer service software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
