**About the Role**

E2E Staffing (PTY) LTD is seeking an experienced Public Sector Portfolio Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of buildings, encompassing lease onboarding, cash book reconciliations, and tenant relationships.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of tenant files, DPW remittances, and correspondence.
  • Ensure timely billing and receipt processing, including renewals and addendums.
  • Reconcile tenant accounts and investigate unallocated receipts.
  • Process corrections daily and prepare consumption reports monthly.
  • Verify invoice accuracy and ensure pre-billing reports are approved before issuance.
  • Liaise with the legal department for future renewals and lease agreements.
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with tenants through regular communication and meetings.

Tenant Collections:

  • Collections of monthly rentals due from tenants.
  • Daily reconciliation of accounts with regional reporting to management.
  • Follow-up payments per region and diarize payment arrangements for outstanding balances.
  • Prepare reconciliations for the DPW portfolio monthly for arrear analysis.

Accounts Payable (Debtors and Creditors):

  • Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
  • Record account expenses by cost centre and invoice details.
  • Maintain accounts by verifying and posting transactions in G/L and Cashbook.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 qualification.
  • Relevant Property Qualification.
  • Diploma in Accounting/Finance advantageous.
  • 2 years' experience in Team Management or Supervisory roles.
  • Property experience is essential.
  • Collections experience is necessary.
  • Intermediate Excel skills required.
  • SAGE experience beneficial.
  • MDA experience preferred.
  • Driver's License mandatory.
  • Will to travel required.

Salary:** R120,000 - R150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
