Our innovative battery energy storage solutions enable us to improve grid operations, integrate clean energy, and contribute to a sustainable future. As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will specify, plan, and grow new product and solution strategies in the Energy Storage segment.
You will collect and understand customer needs, market trends, and input from across organizational leadership to align product strategy and roadmap in the Energy Storage market segment. Your responsibilities include identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, budgeting, and pricing products, negotiating contracts, and conducting post-bid analysis.
A successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in Energy Storage, Wind, and solar industries. A proven track record of business development experience, confident decision-making skills, and an understanding of financial reports including budgetary guidelines and product expenditures are required.
Self-motivation, ability to work independently, and proactive travel requirements (approximately 50-60%) are required. Excellent interpersonal relations, high-level critical thinking, analysis, and reasoning are essential.
