Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:- Build, maintain, and manage relationships with key principals of Enterprise Clients.
- Implement rate reviews and increases as needed to ensure management of principal profitability.
- Foster professional relationships with other teams for Pilots and New Deployment Projects.
- Establish and own overall relationship with Portfolio of clients.
- Drive continued value in Risk Mitigation using our products and services.
- Collaborate with clients to establish critical goals and aid the customer in achieving their goals.
- Manage assigned Clients' Program implementation.
- Forecast and track key account metrics.
- Identify and grow opportunities within your client base through account planning.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration/sales/marketing.
- At least 5-10 years' experience in face-to-face client management and experience in supply chain – preferably in FMCG account.
- Elevated level of financial / budget / reporting experience.
- Strong collaborator with an elevated level of business and financial acumen.
- Experience within Logistical / Transport / Risk Management Industry will be advantageous.
