About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring live gaming activities, preventing fraudulent behavior, and ensuring adherence to all regulatory and health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor live gaming activities using surveillance technology.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Gather evidence and prepare detailed reports on surveillance findings.
  • Health and Safety Management of Business (Safety and Risk audits, incident tracking).
  • CCTV and Access Control Systems.

Requirements:

  • 5 Years of Security/Surveillance management experience in a Gambling Environment.
  • Computer literate especially in Microsoft Office 365 Software (ie Word, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint).
  • Eligibility criteria for obtaining a key employee license with the Western Cape Gaming and Racing Board.
