Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven International Sales Agent to join our team at CallForce. As an International Sales Agent, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and revenue for our client, a market-leading provider in the BPO space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate sales conversations with customers to inform them of current promotions, product information, and other relevant activities.
  • Maintain a high level of understanding of current products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Ensure that monthly sales targets are met by consistently meeting or exceeding individual sales goals.
  • Accurately capture customer information onto various sales support systems to ensure seamless communication and follow-up.
  • Respond to and follow up on rescheduled calls and pending information in a timely and professional manner.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including sales channels, support staff, and customers, to provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Provide additional support to contact centre operations by taking calls, handling internal and external client queries, and assisting with other tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of international inbound/outbound telesales experience gained within the last 12 months in a Call Centre environment.
  • Strong selling ability and proven track record of closing customers.
  • Excellent understanding of the international market and its dynamics.
  • Clear criminal record and ability to pass a background check.
  • Proven commission earnings and ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
