Job Opportunity: Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead our client relationships and drive operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a portfolio of clients, ensuring their satisfaction and growth.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and open communication.
  • Manage Service Level Agreements, tracking performance and making adjustments as needed.
  • Build and maintain CRM knowledge about client offerings, enhancing service delivery.
  • Analyze client core business and identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Utilize the Teraco CRM system to track services and client interactions.
  • Serve as a primary contact for allocated clients, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Lead project-based client installations, coordinating logistics and timelines.
  • Provide after-hours support and activation for client services and products.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate active listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Show independence and teamwork, with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Hold a comprehensive understanding of the network and data centre industry.
  • Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiently communicate in English (reading/understanding, spoken, written).
  • Demonstrate organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excel in documentation and report writing.
