Client Relationship Portfolio Manager

We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead our client relationships and drive operational success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a portfolio of clients, ensuring their satisfaction and growth.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and open communication.
- Manage Service Level Agreements, tracking performance and making adjustments as needed.
- Build and maintain CRM knowledge about client offerings, enhancing service delivery.
- Analyze client core business and identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Utilize the Teraco CRM system to track services and client interactions.
- Serve as a primary contact for allocated clients, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Lead project-based client installations, coordinating logistics and timelines.
- Provide after-hours support and activation for client services and products.
Essential Qualifications:
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Show independence and teamwork, with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Hold a comprehensive understanding of the network and data centre industry.
- Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiently communicate in English (reading/understanding, spoken, written).
- Demonstrate organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Excel in documentation and report writing.
