Job Description:
  • This role serves as the liaison between clients and operational teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • The Operational Partner advises clients on NielsenIQ Products for all operational matters, excluding sales activities, and builds trust in data quality.
  • This client-facing role requires regular execution of BAU deliverables, maintenance, and delivery to clients.
Responsibilities:
  1. Evaluate and address client requests regarding database services, including feasibility studies and new deliverables setup.
  2. Deliver high-quality solutions to clients within tight deadlines, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of operational client requests and issues.
  3. Manage client queries related to data quality, product coding, and unusual trends, providing detailed analysis and recommendations.
  4. Capture and share lessons learned from solved issues, identifying gaps and areas for improvement in processes.
  5. Collaborate with Data Ops and Customer Support teams to resolve complex client queries, ensuring efficient workflow and effective communication.
Requirements:
  • Mastery of operational skills and client orientation, enabling translation of business expectations into technical specifications.
  • Strong understanding of operations production platforms and capabilities, securing necessary translation of client requirements.
  • Excellent relationship management skills for effective liaison with commercial clients and operational teams.
  • Well-developed analytical skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate analysis and recommendations.
