Job Title: Regional Administrative Manager, Northern Suburbs, Cape Town

Job Summary:

Salesworx is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Administrative Manager to join our team in the Northern Suburbs, Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations within the branch, ensuring a smooth flow of work and providing operational support for all business units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate the warehouse and logistics team to achieve high levels of productivity and efficiency.
  • Oversee the picking, processing, and invoicing of orders, including deliveries, to ensure timely and accurate completion.
  • Manage branch expenses within budget, identifying areas for cost savings and implementing effective solutions.
  • Plan and oversee building maintenance, ensuring a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Deliver high-quality service to internal and external clients, consistently meeting or exceeding expectations.
  • Lead and support the operations team in the smooth and efficient running of the branch.
  • Manage the branch stock holding, including administration aspects such as stock returns and inter-branch transfers.
  • Manage the efficient use of company vehicles, including maintenance and monitoring route deviations from the least cost routing system.
  • Manage branch petty cash, verifying and approving all expenses with a focus on cost savings.
  • Prepare monthly expense budget reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage the ordering of office requirements, including stationery and groceries.

Requirements:

  • A management degree or relevant qualification.
  • A detailed knowledge and experience of the business administration field is essential.
  • Previous staff and administration management experience is required.
  • Good people skills and conflict resolution ability.
  • The ability to demonstrate leadership skills in a procedure-driven environment.
  • The ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines.
  • The ability to lead and support the operations team in the smooth and efficient running of the branch.
