  • HR Policy Development and Implementation: Develop, implement, and review HR policies that meet the needs of the organization and adhere to current laws and best practices.
  • Workplace Relations and Conflict Resolution: Facilitate Workplace Forum and CCMA arbitration processes efficiently while upholding compliance with HR laws and regulations.
  • Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee recruitment processes, employee relations, industrial relations, job evaluations, and salary benchmarking.
  • Performance Management and Development: Utilize performance management frameworks to support organizational goals effectively and empower skills development initiatives that encourage employee growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 15 years of experience in a relevant HR role.
  • Proven track record in business and operational planning and execution of KPI aligned projects.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
