Role Overview

NTT is seeking a talented individual to fill the position of Senior Manager, Global ABM programs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing and enhancing network coverage for Mobile Network Operators (MNOs). Your analytical skills, technical knowledge, and ability to work effectively with stakeholders will be essential in this role.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Coverage Analysis:
    You will utilize crowdsourcing tools, GIS platforms, and other analytics tools to assess the coverage of all MNOs across various technologies (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G). Identifying coverage gaps and areas with poor quality of service (QoS) for potential network improvement will be a key part of this responsibility.
  2. Collocation and New Site Build Proposals:
    You will recommend collocation opportunities to maximize the use of existing infrastructure. Additionally, you will identify strategic locations for new site builds to enhance network coverage and capacity. Conducting feasibility studies and technical assessments for proposed sites will also be a key responsibility.
  3. Network Optimization:
    You will analyze network performance data and provide recommendations for optimization. Collaborating with MNOs to align on solutions for enhancing service quality and coverage will be crucial.
  4. Revenue Assurance:
    You will identify potential revenue-generating opportunities through collocation, network densification, and site upgrades. Working closely with sales and finance teams to ensure proposed projects align with revenue growth targets will be essential. Staying updated on the latest radio network technologies and trends will also be necessary.
  5. Reporting and Stakeholder Communication:
    You will prepare detailed reports and presentations on coverage analysis, site proposals, and optimization plans. Communicating findings and recommendations effectively to internal and external stakeholders will be vital.
